Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint its practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Findings

Mobile information technology devices (MITDs) mean that employees have the flexibility to work anytime, anyplace, and anywhere. This has benefits for work–life balance.
