The Centre for Facilities Consultancy (CFC) has published a document for model facilities management documents. The new document, available on the CFC's Web site, is designed to create a booklet containing all the information a facilities manager wants to impart to their customers. Customers will be able to refer to the contents to discover who to contact for particular services, where local facilities are and what facilities are available in their premises. The CFC has also enhanced the health and safety checklist available on its Web site. The document now includes details on bomb threats and health and safety procedures related to specific legislation, and contains information for issue to line managers outlining the actions required of them.
