EU money for vocational training in Morocco
EU money for vocational training in Morocco
The EU has agreed to provide €50 million over the next six years to develop vocational training in tourism, textiles and information technology in Morocco.
The programme involves both identifying skill needs in Morocco and increasing the quantity and quality of public and private vocational training to meet these needs.
The agreement, worth a total €60 million, was signed by Chris Patten, European commissioner for external affairs, and Fathallah Oualalou, the Moroccan finance minister.
