The twenty-first century is already being labelled the ``Asia-Pacific century''. The Asia-Pacific includes China, India, the "tiger economies" of the ASEAN region, as well as the Latin-American economies, such that it is a mix of stunning growth and prosperity, on the one hand, and under-development and poverty, on the other.

Coverage

  • Traditional business disciplines:

  • Business strategy and policy;

  • Accounting and financial management;

  • Marketing and HR management;

  • Operations, logistics and supply-chain management.

Specific business themes:

  • Quality management;

  • Innovation;

  • Knowledge management.

Interdisciplinary arenas and methods:

  • Public sector and non-government organisations;

  • Public-private partnerships;

  • Diverse methods: positivist (survey, statistical) and interpretive (case and action studies) research;

  • Cross-cultural innovations.

Submission guidelines and further information

APJBA seeks to become a forum for both established scholars and early career researchers in all aspects of business administration in the Asia-Pacific region.Full papers should not be more than 6,000 words in length. ``Viewpoint'' pieces by experienced academics of between 2,000-3,000 words will also be considered for publication. Additionally, the Editors welcome submissions of high-quality, relevant thesis reviews from finishing or recently-completed doctoral scholars.Submissions to APJBA are to be made via Manuscript Central at: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/apjba
