The RICS UK Economic Brief and the European Society of Chartered Surveyors (ESCS) European Alert are now available.

The UK Economic Brief features analysis and comment on developments in the residential and commercial property markets and construction industry.The January issue also carries a review of the economy in 1998.

The ESCS European Alert looks at policy and market issues developing in Brussels that have a bearing on the property and construction industries. Aimed primarily at chartered surveyors, it is turning out to be of growing interest to a wider audience.
