Abstract

Insurance tends to be one of those areas which we tolerate and sometimes begrudgingly pay into because we fear the consequences if we do not — usually a loss of money/value of the stolen object. So what is the point of having insurance schemes? Why do doctors and nurses have to be insured and, if they do, what choice is offered?
