Abstract

Corporate planning should be simple, not complex, but it is always difficult, not easy. Two, three, four or maybe five huge decisions will determine the destiny of a company. No amount of brilliant marketing will turn the company into a star performer unless these decisions are identified and made. The purpose of corporate planning is to identify these momentous decisions, make sure that all decision makers agree their importance, define corporate objectives and devise the strategy to meet them.
