Abstract

Fry's Metals Ltd. are marketing a new range of soldering fluxes, the Series 900, for use in the soldering of printed circuits by automatic wave, drag or similar soldering methods. An important feature of these products is that the flux residues are soluble in chlorinated or fluorinated hydrocarbon solvents. Cleaning with such solvents will ensure complete removal of the residues and the absence of any white powder deposits.
