Abstract

The effect entry into the EEC will have on the pattern of manufacturing production is so sweeping most of this “occasional paper” from the University of Cambridge department of applied economics, is fairly general. But the first two chapters, placing UK trade in perspective with the EEC overall and “Trade performance and comparative costs” provide facts which should then be applied to the individual materials and products. These include both aircraft engines and aircraft which are duly entered in the various tables.
