Going to Class, But Not Going to School: Learning from a Distance in Oklahoma

Abstract

Discusses various experiments in higher education distance learning. Examines an attempt made by three Oklahoma companies to offer their employees a chance to go to college without leaving the workplace, made possible by a televized instruction system and a new video conferencing network.
