The Calculation of Redundancy Payments Order 1974

Abstract

The Secretary of State in exercise of powers conferred on him by paragraph 5(4) of Schedule I to the Redundancy Payments Act 1965 (“the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order a draft of which has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
