STATUTES NATIONAL INSURANCE ACT, 1974 (c.14)

Abstract

This Act was passed on May 13, 1974, and shall come into force, by s.8(4) and Sch.5, on dates to be appointed by Order by the Secretary of State. The Act applies to England, Wales and Scotland, but except as set out in s.8(6) it does not extend to Northern Ireland.
