Abstract

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 3(l)(c), (4)(1) and 6(2) of the Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
