The Industrial Training (Electricity Supply Board) (Revocation) Order 1973

Abstract

The Secretary of State after consultation with the Electricity Supply Industry Training Board, with the employers in the electricity supply industry, and organisations and associations of organisations appearing to be representative of substantial numbers of persons employed in the activities of the electricity supply industry and in exercise of his powers under section 9 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following order:—
