The National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) (Benefit) Amendment Regulations 1973

Abstract

The Industrial Injuries Joint Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 29(l) and 30 of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965, and the Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16(2) of that Act and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after reference to the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council, hereby make the following regulations:—
