The Industrial Tribunals (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1971

Abstract

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 and by section 46 of the Redundancy Payments Act 1965 and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals hereby makes the following Regulations amending the Industrial Tribunals (England and Wales) Regulations 1965, as amended, ∥hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”) :—
