The National Insurance (Earnings‐related Benefit) Amendment Regulations 1971
Abstract
The National Insurance Joint Authority, in exercise of powers conferred by section 114(5) of the National Insurance Act 1965, and the Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers under section 2(8) of the National Insurance Act 1966, and in each case in exercise of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations, which contain no provisions other than such as are made in consequence of the National Insurance Act 1971, or operate with reference to the amount of a person's earnings and are made under section 2 of the said Act of 1966 or made for the purposes of the said section 2 under section 114(5) of the said Act of 1965, and which accordingly, by virtue of section 16(3) of and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 6 to the said Act of 1971, are exempt from the provisions of section 108 of the said Act of 1965 (reference to the National Insurance Advisory Committee):—
