The Awards and Settlements (Temporary Continuation of Standstill) (No. 3) Order 1969

Abstract

Whereas by virtue of a Reference to the National Board for Prices and Incomes under section 2(1) of the Prices and Incomes Act 1966 (the text whereof was published on 8th August 1969 in the London Gazette) the implementation of the agreement described in Article 2 hereof relating to the pay of certain workers employed by members of the Association of Film Laboratory Employers in technical, clerical and general grades was forbidden by section 15(2) of that Act;
