The National Insurance (Determination of Claims and Questions) Amendment Regulations 1969

Abstract

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in conjunction with the Treasury, in exercise of his powers under section 81 and of the National Insurance Act 1965 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations which, by virtue of section 3 of the National Insurance &c. Act 1969, are exempt from the requirements of section 108 of the said Act of 1965 (consideration of draft by the National Insurance Advisory Committee):—
