The Awards and Settlements (Temporary Continuation of Standstill) (No. 1) Order 1968

Abstract

Whereas by virtue of a reference to the National Board for Prices and Incomes under section 2(1) of the Prices and Incomes Act 1966(a) (the text whereof was published on 27th January 1968 in a supplement to the issue of the London Gazette dated 26th January 1968, on 30th January 1968 in the Edinburgh Gazette and on 2nd February 1968 in the Belfast Gazette) the implementation of the under‐mentioned Agreement and Award relating to the terms and conditions of employment in the road passenger transport industry was forbidden by section 15(2) of that Act, that is to say—
