THE NATIONAL INSURANCE (INDUSTRIAL INJURIES) (BENEFIT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1967

Abstract

The Industrial Injuries Joint Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965 and the Minister of Social Security in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1) of that Act and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after reference to the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council hereby make the following regulations:—
