Whereas the Minister of Labour (hereafter in this Order referred to as “the Minister”) has received from the Hairdressing Undertakings Wages Council (Great Britain) (hereafter in this Order referred to as the “Wages Council”) the wages regulation proposals set out in Schedules hereto;
