Abstract

Ford Motor Company Ltd has converted virtually the whole of its 7‐stage phosphating line at the Swaythling, Southampton, plant (home of the Transit van) to Spraying Systems Co. ‘QuickJet’ spray nozzles — dramatically cutting maintenance time and making it easier to maintain the required high standards of quality in the phosphate coating process.
