Abstract
As debate—very heated in some quarters—continues on the siting of a third airport for London and a seaport development on reclaimed marshland at Maplin Sands, Essex, the British Government is fulfilling its undertakings to keep the public fully informed and consulted at each stage of the project by publishing two further consultation documentations on the project.
