Communications Forum: Choosing between Methods and Routes for Distribution to Europe now and in the future

Abstract

A few years ago a firm of management consultants were employed by the Government to do a survey on this very subject. Their final report ran to six volumes, but it was never published. The complexity of the choice and of the factors involved in making it, as well as the fact that both were changing so rapidly, made it impossible to produce any formula that made sense.
