Utilizing Volunteers in Human Resource Systems
Abstract
In the immediate and more distant future there is clearly opportunity and challenge for better, more creative, and more expanded utilization of human resources in the business, private and public sectors. This means a change in the way in which human beings are attracted to and utilized by private, business and public systems. But also undoubtedly it means changes in the way managers and other decision makers look at the ways in which the services and/or products they create can be developed and delivered.
