LOGISTICS ACCORDING TO BULL

Abstract

Michel Guérin joined Bull, the French computer company, at the end of 1985 as director of Material Flow Control with responsibility for the distribution logistics of mass‐market products. He was involved in the company's Cronos project from the beginning, and explains how Bull is succeeding in taking on the new forces in the market.
