Abstract
It would perhaps be an exaggeration to suggest that carrying out a survey of commercial premises requires a completely different expertise to that for residential property, but nevertheless it must be recognised that a very specialised approach is often necessary to provide the type of report and appraisal that a commercial client invariably wants — even if he is unaware of his requirements.
