Graphic Plc has installed two items of capital equipment for their LPISM processing at their factory in Crediton, Devon, England. One is a dual double-sided solder mask coater Model DP-1500-2X, the second is a vertical hanging conveyorised hot air oven for drying solder mask coating at its facility in Crediton, England.
The Vertitherm Model 3.5 Hot Air Conveyorised modular oven is suitable for drying of solder mask for rigid and flexible boards. The oven consists of loading module, drying module and unloading module with cooling. By means of symmetric air flow, uniform temperature is achieved. Special feature of the clamp allows thickness range from 0.1 to 4.2 mm without any further changes.
The dual-sided solder mask coater is an innovative and efficient system for coating double-sided solder mask. The DP-150-2X can handle tasks impossible to achieve using conventional equipment and offers a much higher level of control and versatility for a variety of panel sizes, thicknesses and coating requirements (www.giga.uk.com).
