Ventec VT-481 certified to French NF standards for railway rolling stock

Ventec’s VT-481 laminate has been certified by Laboratorio Preventione Incendi (LAPI) as fulfilling the requirements of the French NF National Standards for Flammability: NF EN 60695-2-11:2001, NF EN 60695-2-10:2001, NF EN ISO 4589-2/A1-2006 and NF F 16-101:1988, which qualifies it for use in railway rolling stock. VT-481 is Ventec’s mid-Tg phenolic-cured FR4, recommended for lead-free assembly applications. VT-481 laminates are available in thickness from 0.05 to 3.2 mm, with copper foil from 5 to 400 μm
VT-481PP pre-pregs are available in the whole range of e-glass styles: 7628, 7629, 1506, 1500, 2113, 2313, 3313, 2116, 1080, 1086, 1078, 106 and 1067.
