Keywords Drilling, Eidschun Engineering

Eidschun Engineering Inc. announces newly-designed equipment to resolve the printed circuit board fabrication problem of debris left in the hole from the drilling operation.

The EIO Drill Debris Remover utilises a horizontal processing band conveyor, featuring a powerful airknife which is positioned above. Boards pass underneath the airknife stream, which is directed down at the panels as they travel along the conveyor. Suspended beneath the conveyor is a removable hopper to catch debris coming out of the holes through the underside of the panels.
