At the heart of the argument
Abstract
Discusses the differences between the stakeholder approach and the shareholder value approach and gives in‐depth explanations of the two. Proposes that value‐based management means that this new measurement system reflects the way in which corporate actions ultimately transfer into the future market value of ones' shares, to correlate closely to future share price movements. Ultimately, this means that all actions, from training staff to identifying the right customers, are informed in the business approach
