Completion Risk Insurance

Abstract

Explains the insurance industry′s response to the problem of delayed completion of developments. Overviews some options open to owners wishing to lay off the completion risk. Concludes that completion risk insurance makes a significant contribution to the financing and successful conclusion of major projects.
