Independent auditing of building environments: a property management responsibility
241
Abstract
Examines recently introduced legislation and guidelines concerning the quality of building environments. Shows how these new criteria are having a major effect on the ways in which property management operates and its perception of responsibilities within the buildings it manages. Cites a number of cases of increased awareness, notably with respect to water systems and air quality.
