Residential investment properties

Abstract

Examines the residential property market and the effects of substantial changes in the law under the Housing Act 1988. Argues that the effect of these changes will highlight the residential market as an available investment option. Considers the current investment opportunities and suggests the necessary criteria for choosing such investments.
