MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT IN BRITAIN AND JAPAN

Abstract

Describes research into management development in the UK and Japan. Provides some interesting insights and discussion points. Two‐hundred‐and‐thirty‐nine managers were interviewed in four pairs of matching firms and the responses were analysed for national patterns and contrasts.
