Abstract

Purpose – ‐‐ This paper aims to discuss Web 2.0 and its web tools.Design/methodology/approach ‐‐ The paper discusses Web 2.0.Findings ‐‐ Today there is no single author for many works, often by design, and the proliferation of voices has meant that the traditional print‐based criteria previously relied upon have been replaced with a brave new world environment in which anyone can be an authority for 15 minutes simply by hitting the “Edit” or the “Comment” button.Originality/value ‐‐ The paper provides a useful viewpoint on Web 2.0.
