Abstract
Purpose
To provide strategies to cope with the physical stresses caused by workstation ergonomics and “technostress.”
Design/methodology/approach
A list of exercises and techniques to lessen the impact of “technstress.”
Findings
This article provides helpful preventative techniques such as sitting, breathing, walking, meditation and nutrition.
Originality/value
This paper is useful for information anyone who works at a computer during the day and who works with the public to problem solve.
