How to conduct arbitration effectively
Abstract
Questions what causes disputes. Discusses what happens during arbitration and covers the background of alternative dispute resolution. Looks at who uses arbitration and the extension of the work to encompass more public sector grievances. Lists some reasons for the success of arbitration, citing that it has much to offer in the resolution of disputes as it can be more expeditious and less costly than court action and can do things not achievable in court.
