Abstract
Outlines a practical method to improve trainer awareness of the way they introduce tasks to participants. States that motivation is relevant to learning because learning is an active process requiring a concious and deliberate effort. Concludes the examination of teaching feedback in task presentation can give trainers the vital information needed to improve their methods of teaching.
