The "Welder's Handbook" provides a comprehensive guide to MIG, TIG arc, and oxyacetylene welding. It combines the theory of welding with practical guidance.

The first six chapters of this book introduce the fundamental aspects of welding. Chapter 1 discusses Metal Basics and Heat Control, while Welding, Brazing and Cutting are addressed in Chapter 2. Welding Equipment, and Welding Safety are discussed in chapters 3 and 4, respectively. Fitting and Jigging are discussed in chapter 5, while chapter 6 presents Cleaning Before Welding.

Chapters 7 to 13 present various forms of welding. These chapters address Gas Welding and heat Forming; Torch Cutting; Gas Brazing and Soldering; Arc, MIG and TIG welding; and Plasma Cutting and Welding.

Chapter 14 discusses Special Welding Processes, while Welding Rods, Wires and Fluxes are addressed in chapter 15. The final two chapters of the book present Welding Projects, and Welding Certification and Training.

This is a well written reference text that address the most important aspects of theoretical and practical welding.
