Abstract

A most enjoyable evening was had by all. This aptly sums up a packed house on the third night of the revival in London's The Last of Mrs. Cheyney, which takes place in the late 1920s in two country seats. How many current plays, we wonder, can boast four different scenes; even if the basic set remains constant.
