Non‐salary benefits how to inform your employees

Abstract

Apart from the weekly wage packet or the monthly pay cheque, it is surprising how little most people know about the other things that come their way if they work for a particular firm. It is equally surprising to find companies investing heavily in non‐salary benefits for their work force and not bothering to communicate the fact.
