Improving the sound insulation of timber floor constructions with lath and plaster ceilings
Abstract
Reports on a project to test and develop methods for improving the sound insulation of party floors in larger, older dwellings converted into flats. Investigates the effects on performance of poor workmanship during installation and gives some assessment of likely comparative costs to be incurred.
