Abstract

Examines the concept and application of Time Compression Management (TCM) which is concerned with increasing flexibility, reducing process cycle times, improving inventory management and improving response to customers’ needs. Considers process cycles both for single products and, more broadly, by including activities concerned both with suppliers and distribution networks.
